If your group's events are not showing up here, this is the fix. A person reads every submission before it appears.

Why this form exists. The University's systems only carry what gets posted to them. Of the 28 organisations UA registers as religious or spiritual, four have posted an event in the last four months. Across all 692 registered organisations, 24 have. Everyone else is registered and invisible.

You do not need an account, and you do not need to be a registered student organisation. Churches, ministries, departments, clubs and one-off events are all welcome.

What happens next

It goes into a queue. Nothing appears on the site automatically.
A person reads it, and either approves it or does not.
If it is approved it appears alongside everything else, with your group named.
Ask for it to be removed at any time, from this same form or by email, and it will be removed.

What this is not

This is a listing, not a registration. It does not handle RSVPs, attendance or event credit: mySource is the University's system of record for those and this does not try to replace it. If your event needs attendance tracking, post it there as well, and it will appear here automatically.

Submissions are read by Elijah Purcell, a first-year student who built this. Not a committee, so replies are quick.
